After the GA run and weight training on Monday is now a running back, and then crawl technique training on the program. Actually, yes, a 60-minute cycling session was planned on the roller to pick up the first points of the League indoor bike, but unfortunately I was not at home today to adopt the DPD package. Although I have left a note on the door that I want to be your call, and I was actually (surprise, surprise), I've managed to be unreachable. So I get my VR upgrade kit tomorrow. If the weather stays like this, I'll plan on Friday for a longer "REAL" exit.
