Graz Marathon
The number have to endure the days until the Graz City Marathon is about the same as those of my readers. Ok. Caught. Maybe not.
But no matter. So four days still to run. This should, I had me when I started with running in April of each case presented, my first long run be in a competition. As you have noticed are in the meantime, some things went differently. And so from the goal of the 10km run at the Graz Marathon in 45 minutes, an intermediate goal which I know already that this will not happen. The purchase of a new bike and swim training were suddenly at the top of my plan. to train stopped so I have not, of course, But a plan I have not even kept. (However, I had not).
I am of course still a lot faster now, but for a mileage average of 4:30 min it's not enough good. Was not specific training. Especially since the new bike is at home, running is a slippery slope in the background.
Anyway. New desired time is 47:: 30min.
Unfortunately, I have to sign up for the race, the mixed 11:10 with 10.11. (No idea how this could happen ..). And that is 11.10, how could it be otherwise the birthday of my friend, who clearly has priority. Although I run with anyway, but we will probably still a little the day before the move be, and that can obviously not good effect at the time. Of course I'll
modest given how it is run.
But now for training the last few days.
The wheel rides are fun, but I pressed the saddle on the S *** that I should be (in order to escape a bankruptcy children) may set in more detail. I have noticed is that I seem to have only air in the feet. How else can it be that it appears to me that I did not move from the spot? About the winters there are probably some KM runtergespult. Physical condition after about 50km I notice nothing, but feel the legs as gold bears that I have with me on my lower body carrying around.
On Monday, I wanted to attach a drive to Stainz still swim training in indoor Kalsdorf. Unfortunately, I was able to perform but not because I had not been able to even a single 20m length continuously to pedal with their legs.
