Sulmsee Triathlon - 750/20/5

750m swim - 20km cycling - 5km run

were the distances that the 3rd Sulmsee-Triahtlon were overcome. It was a thoroughly successful event and both weather and atmosphere were optimal. Sorry I could not quite of my performance and my preparation and certainly not say.

Before the competition
  • rising:
    Although I am extra day once again read through the schedule, which was on that the bike check-in starts at 11:30, I have somehow been persuaded to be there already at 10.00 clock to have. The alarm clock was therefore made for 7:30. That meant sleeping 8.5 hours. Just right I think. After I woke my girlfriend, she made me realize that I must be on at 11:00 am there.   • 20km cycling
    3 minutes in the transition area. This is clearly too long. But I was aware some time to recover to get on the wheel and not just rush:). 5km run
    Running is really nothing exciting:

  • TIME. Apart from the fact that my Forerunner now happily working again after I re-him in the transition area started. The first round went relatively easy and the time was still in the frame. Conclusion:
A very successful event for me anyway, I have only started in April with running something for my endurance to . do The next race I am sure only part where I have so far included a road bike related shoes.
