How Can You Dress Up Like Albert Einstein?



This was a weekend. A little earlier than normal, it began on Friday.

On Sunday it was not just eaten a lot better again, but this time with a short 6.3 km long- relatively brisk run from my Mom to me. (Well better than nothing) home.

On Monday, however, should the tide turn again. After a quick trip to the Copacabana I walked from there home. The track ran along the Roman way (of Kalsdorf Werndorf direction along the track) and while I was there I so was looking forward to Tuesday and hoped that I would finally get my bike to it also can ride there. And for sheer dream I was walking not difficult, and so I decided this time to be on the road a little longer. The result was my longest run so far . With 13.5 km yet not overly long, however, 1:23:27 hours on the legs. So I was highly motivated for the evening trip to the Thermal Spa at Nova there still attach a 1-hour swim training. first Swim Lesson Swim

Yesterday it was so so far. The first time since my secondary school days I went back under "supervision" in a swimming pool. Crawl-old rider was training with Monica on the plan. After briefly acquainted in the canteen of the Union-covered swimming pool, it was also going on already.

earlier than one day, I'll throw myself today in the waters of the Union-covered swimming pool and let me give valuable tips on front crawl.

Although I'm really highly motivated, I have done some things that stay that way.

First and most important in my opinion, I have decided to take personal swimming lessons. And the absolute even a professional athlete. Her name is Monika old rider. On my purchase list Triathlon is a triathlon bike (eh clear after the debacle with my first sprint triathlon). This should not cost more than 2000 €. But I have not a clue what brand it should be, yet when I'll buy it. Somehow I am not sure whether an acquisition makes sense before the winter, on the other hand, a training camp is on the program and rolling training as well. So let's see, maybe I can delay the purchase a bit and thus keep my motivation high even longer;)

750m swim - 20km cycling - 5km run

Before the competition
  • rising:
    Although I am extra day once again read through the schedule, which was on that the bike check-in starts at 11:30, I have somehow been persuaded to be there already at 10.00 clock to have. The alarm clock was therefore made for 7:30. That meant sleeping 8.5 hours. Just right I think. After I woke my girlfriend, she made me realize that I must be on at 11:00 am there.     3 minutes in the transition area. This is clearly too long. But I was aware some time to recover to get on the wheel and not just rush:).     Running is really nothing exciting:

The theme of this Blog's is preparing for a triathlon on the Olympic distance.
This consists of the following disciplines:

1,5 km - Swimming
40km - 10km cycling
- create running

all began in late April of this year (2009). Few times I've tried for a long time to run constantly Sport to run more accurately. I did this but not in the year before really. Unfortunately I could not but participate in this event and the new target was set an internal company triathlon season. There was also to run 5km.
To get the motivation I decided summarily to buy me a GPS sports watch from Garmin. Forerunner 405th Also had some run-clothes (functional shirts, etc.) to be purchased. Several hundred euros later was clear: "This time I pull it through." And so it was. In the first two weeks I was running eight times. An absolute record. Then, the triathlon was at the door. And I was already there (after only a few weeks training) better than ever before. (According Forerunner 4:27 min / km to a distance of 4.8 km).
But as always there was then a short 1 1/2- week break which unfortunately did nothing. Once again, I thought I would have failed. But I overcame me and started in again, I had set a new goal. And although the Graz City Marathon. Of course, not the entire length but only the City-Run 10.5 miles. After the immediate application for this, I decided to also make an appointment for a performance test identify. Let's see some € lighter, it was found out in this, that I should train my endurance (was somehow clear). Said and done, from then on I was running about 30km a week, and until now, has certainly paid off. Already 4 pounds lighter I feel right now in good shape. Also playing football I notice a distinct improvement. But because all this to me is not enough, and I already know that 10km run no problem anymore, I wanted to look for next year already have a new goal, and this is now just triathlon.

Currently I still can not set what times I set myself a goal since I swam so far neither 1.5km, 40km to the nor Wheel drove. So you see that as something to expect. The only goal that I have made up my mind would be a period of 45 minutes, which I found so far is relatively unlikely. But less than 50 minutes should be in there anyway.
